WAC 296-96-01040. Construction-use inspections

(1) The elevator contractor may apply for a "construction use permit" in writing. After determination by the department, a 30-day temporary use permit may be purchased and renewed at the department's discretion. (2) When this temporary use permit is purchased, a notice declaring that the equipment has not received final approval from the department shall be conspicuously posted in the elevator.
