WAC 296-96-01065. Annual operating permits

An annual operating certificate will be issued to the building owner upon payment of the appropriate fee. The owner of record shall be invoiced by the department. If a change of ownership has occurred, it is the new owner's responsibility to ensure the department has the corrected information.
