WAC 296-96-02590. Building official signatures

In existing buildings where LULAs, stair lifts, inclined wheelchair lifts and vertical wheelchair lifts are to be installed, the local building official shall signify that he/she is allowing this type of conveyance on a form provided by the department. EXEMPTION: Residential conveyances are exempt from this section.
