WAC 296-96-24215. Minimum maintenance requirements

Owners of inclined private residence elevators for transporting property are responsible for ensuring that: (1) Elevators and their parts are maintained in a safe condition; (2) All devices and safeguards required by these regulations are maintained in good working order. The department recommends maintenance, examinations, and safety tests be performed and documented to the applicable sections of WAC 296-96-23601 through 296-96-23610 .
