(1) Car speeds shall not exceed 0.635 m/s (125 ft./min.). (2) Alterations shall conform with the applicable requirements in WAC 296-96-24519 through 296-96-24557 . (3) Electric manlift controls and disconnects shall be accessible and labeled.
