WAC 308-104-0140. Marking of all nonenhanced drivers' licenses or identicards

Beginning July 1, 2018, except for enhanced drivers' licenses and identicards issued under RCW 46.20.202 , the department shall mark all issuances made pursuant to chapter 46.20 RCW with the phrase " FEDERAL LIMITS APPLY ."
