WAC 308-124A-788. License activation

(1) An inactive license may be placed on active status pursuant to RCW 18.85.265 . (2) A broker may use a thirty clock hour course from a curriculum approved by the director, in advanced real estate practices or real estate law for both activation of a license that has been inactive for three or more years and for first renewal of an active license as required in WAC 308-124A-785 .
