WAC 308-15-087. How do I reactivate my inactive license?

(1) If you are returning to active status from less than five years of inactive status, submit to the board: (a) A letter of application requesting reactivation of your license; and (b) The current renewal fee. (2) If you are returning to active status after five years of inactive status, submit to the board: (a) A letter of application requesting reinstatement; and (b) The current renewal fee plus the late penalty fee.
