WAC 308-18-010. Promulgation—Authority

The director of the department of licensing, state of Washington, pursuant to the authority vested in the director by RCW 18.170.180 , does hereby promulgate the following rules and regulations relating to the licensing of private security guard companies, private security guards, and armed private security guards.
