WAC 308-30-150. Completion of electronic notarial certificate

(1) For every electronic notarial act and remote notarial act, a notary public shall complete an electronic notarial certificate that complies with the requirements of these rules, RCW 42.45.130 and 42.45.140 . (2) An electronic notarial certificate shall be completed at the time of notarization and in the presence of the principal.
