WAC 308-408C-040. Recordkeeping

The inspector is required to maintain the following records for a period of three years: (1) Preinspection agreements signed by the client and the home inspector for all home inspections. (2) Home inspection reports. (3) Timesheets or similar documentation used to establish proof of field training, when supervising a home inspector applicant/candidate.
