WAC 314-11-090. Does the board have the right to inspect my premises?

Per RCW 66.28.090 , the following must be available to inspection at all times by the board and any law enforcement officer: (1) The licensed premises and any premises connected physically or otherwise to the licensed business; (2) Records as outlined in WAC 314-11-095 ; and (3) Liquor on the licensed premises for the purpose of analyzing samples (the licensee will be given a receipt for any product removed from the premises for this purpose).
