WAC 132N-156-650. Revocations

Parking permits are licenses and the property of the college and may be revoked for any of the following reasons: (1) The purpose for which the permit was issued changes or no longer exists. (2) The permit is used on an unauthorized vehicle or by an unauthorized individual. (3) A parking permit application form was falsified. (4) These parking regulations were violated. (5) The parking permit was counterfeited or altered or transferred without authorization. (6) Failure to comply with a specific determination, decision, or directive by college officials.
