WAC 314-12-030. Display of licenses

(1) Pursuant to the requirements of RCW 66.24.010 (1), any license issued shall be issued in the name(s) of the true party or parties in interest. (2) All licenses (except certificates of approval and agent's licenses) shall be prominently displayed on the licensed premises.
