WAC 132N-156-730. Appeals

Alleged violators may appeal to the director of security and safety or their designee for a brief adjudicative procedure within 20 calendar days from the date of the citation. The director of security and safety or their designee may uphold the citation/fine, may dismiss, suspend, or reduce the imposed fine, and/or grant an extension of time within which to pay the fine. Appeals of the decision of the director of security and safety or their designee are to be submitted to the president of the college or their designee within 20 calendar days. Written notification of the president's or their designee's decision shall be made within 20 calendar days of the appeal and shall be final.
