WAC 314-18-080. Hours of operation—Inspection of premises

(1) Banquet permits may be issued for any day and may authorize the service and consumption of liquor between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. of the following day. (2) Any premises where a banquet permit has been granted shall be open to inspection by any peace officer or enforcement officer of the board to the same extent as provided for in WAC 314-12-120 .
