WAC 314-25-010. Definition and limitations

(1) The holder of a duty free exporter's license RCW 66.24.530 and ships chandler's license WAC 314-22-010 (7) shall be referred to as a "ships chandler" for the purposes of this section. (2) A ships chandler is considered to be a distributor of beer and wine for the purposes of RCW 66.28.010 . (3) A ships chandler is authorized to sell beer and wine and is not authorized to sell, possess, deliver or transfer any spirituous liquor without an additional liquor importers license.
