The college shall make available for public inspection and copying all indexes maintained for college use under the same rules and the same conditions as applied to public records. The office of the president shall maintain indexes of orders, board resolutions by number, and board actions by date and subject. The administrative services office shall maintain indexes of board policies and administrative procedures by reference number and subject.
