WAC 315-06-035. Instant ticket purchase price and conditions

(1) The lottery retailer's purchase price for each pack of instant tickets shall be the retail price of the pack less the retailer discount authorized by the commission. (2) Lottery retailers shall make payment to the lottery by electronic funds transfer (EFT). (3) The director shall establish payment terms for purchase of instant tickets and shall issue instructions for such payments to lottery retailers.
