WAC 332-14-190. Reclamation—Federal permit required

All surface mining and reclamation activities shall be in accordance with the terms of a surface mine reclamation permit obtained from the U.S. Department of the Interior, Office of Surface Mining and Enforcement or a federally approved state permit.
