WAC 332-14-280. Compliance with other laws

All development or production activities authorized by the lease shall be conducted in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations. Compliance shall be the sole responsibility of the holder of any coal option contract or coal mining lessee and not the responsibility of the department.
