WAC 332-16-195. Consolidation of mining contracts

The holder or holders of two or more mining contracts may apply to the department for the consolidation of their contracts under a common management to facilitate operation of larger-scale development. If the department finds the consolidation to be in the best interests of the state, the consolidation will be approved.
