WAC 352-32-01001. Feeding wildlife

No person shall intentionally feed, attract, or artificially sustain wildlife in state park areas. The feeding of indigenous wildlife is prohibited in all state park areas unless otherwise posted. This section does not apply to authorized feeding programs established with the Washington state department of fish and wildlife. Any violation of this section is an infraction under chapter 7.84 RCW.
