WAC 365-210-130. Manufactured home installer—Responsibilities to the consumer

A certified manufactured home installer shall: (1) Ensure all phases of the installation work performed by the installer or crew being supervised are complete and in compliance with chapter 296-150M WAC, Washington installation code; (2) Notify the local enforcement agency upon completion of the installation work; and (3) Correct all nonconforming aspects of the installation identified by the local enforcement agency or by an authorized representative of the department within thirty days of issuance of notice of the same.
