WAC 381-20-010. Purpose

The purpose of this chapter shall be to ensure compliance by the indeterminate sentence review board with the provisions of the Public Disclosure Act, RCW 42.17.250 , in conjunction with the Criminal Records Privacy Act, chapter 10.97 RCW, as well as RCW 9.95.140 .
