WAC 381-20-130. Interagency disclosure

(1) Unless prohibited by law, information may be disclosed by the board to outside agencies, including other state of Washington agencies, or agencies of other states. (2) Outside agencies receiving information pursuant to subsection (1) of this section shall be thereby subject to the same standards of disclosure as are required of the board.
