WAC 381-70-080. Board to reinstate

Whenever a community corrections officer suspends, arrests, or detains a parolee, such parolee shall not be reinstated on parole or released from custody on bail or personal recognizance, except by the board and the issuance by the board of an order of reinstatement on parole to the same or modified conditions of parole.
