WAC 381-70-380. Prehearing conference

In any proceeding, the presiding office, upon his or her own motion or upon the motion of one of the parties or their representatives, may direct the parties to appear at a specified time and place for a conference, or such conference may be immediately prior to the parole revocation proceeding, to consider: (1) The simplification of the issues; (2) Necessities of amendments to any of the papers filed with the board; (3) Possibility of obtaining stipulations, admissions of fact, and of documents; (4) Limitation of the number of witnesses; and (5) Such other matters as may aid in the disposition of the proceeding.
