WAC 388-02-0155. Who represents you during the hearing process?

(1) You may represent yourself or have anyone represent you, except a DSHS employee. (2) Your representative may be a friend, relative, community advocate, attorney, or paralegal. (3) You should inform DSHS or OAH of your representatives name, address, and telephone number.
