WAC 388-02-0270. Must you tell DSHS and OAH when your mailing address changes?

(1) You must tell DSHS and OAH, as soon as possible, when your mailing address changes. (2) If you do not notify DSHS and OAH of a change in your mailing address and they continue to send notices and other important papers to your last known mailing address, the ALJ may assume that you received the documents.
