WAC 388-02-0290. If your hearing is dismissed, may you request another hearing?

(1) If the ALJ sends an order dismissing your hearing, you may ask that the ALJ vacate (set aside) the order of dismissal. (2) If the order of dismissal is vacated, your hearing is reinstated, which means you get another opportunity to have a hearing on your initial request for hearing.
