WAC 388-02-0370. How are documents submitted for a telephone conference?

(1) When a hearing is conducted by telephone, an ALJ may order the parties to provide the hearing documents at least five days before the hearing, so all parties have an opportunity to view them during the hearing. (2) DSHS may be able to help you copy and send your documents to the ALJ and any other parties.
