WAC 388-03-010. What is the purpose of these rules?

These rules: (1) Establish the qualifications for department certified and authorized interpreters, translators, employees, and licensed agency personnel (LAPL); and (2) Establish the requirements and procedures for administering and evaluating the department's interpreter, translator, employee, and LAPL examinations.
