WAC 388-101D-0420. Group home providers

(1) When considering restrictive procedures, group home providers licensed as assisted living facilities must comply with all requirements in chapter 388-78A WAC regarding restraints. (2) When considering restrictive procedures, group home providers licensed as adult family homes must comply with all requirements in chapter 388-76 WAC regarding restraints.
