WAC 388-101D-0465. Community protection — Approval

In order to provide support to community protection clients, the community protection service provider must, in addition to the other requirements in this chapter: (1) Be approved by the division of developmental disabilities to serve community protection clients; (2) Have security precautions reasonably available to enhance protection of neighbors, children, vulnerable adults, animals, and others; (3) Have for each client an integrated treatment plan with goals, objectives, and therapeutic interventions to assist the client to avoid offending or reoffending; and (4) Collaborate and coordinate between division of developmental disabilities staff, the treatment team, and community agencies and members.
