WAC 388-101D-0590. When must a group training home be inspected by a local building official?

The group training home must be inspected by a local building official: (1) Before initial certification; and (2) After any construction that: (a) Affects a client's ability to enter or exit the home; or (b) Makes a significant structural change to the home.
