WAC 388-101-3160. Plan of correction

The service provider must: (1) Submit a signed plan of correction to the department according to established department processes and timelines; and (2) Include in the plan of correction: (a) What the service provider did or will do to correct each deficiency; (b) How the service provider will prevent future problems of this type; (c) Who will be responsible for monitoring the corrections to ensure the problems do not recur; and (d) When lasting correction will be achieved.
