WAC 388-101-4269. Individual defined

As used in WAC 388-101-4270 through 388-101-4340 , the term "individual" means anyone used by the service provider to provide services to clients who is alleged to have abandoned, abused, neglected, or financially exploited a client. "Individual" includes but is not limited to administrators, employees, contractors, subcontractors, volunteers, and students.
