WAC 388-106-1025. Who can provide my PDN services?

PDN services can be provided by: (1) A home health agency licensed by the Washington state department of health chapter 246-335 WAC that has a contract with the medicaid agency to provide PDN services; or (2) A Washington state licensed RN, or LPN under the direction of an RN who has a contract with the medicaid agency to provide PDN services and meets the requirements set forth in WAC 388-106-1040 .
