WAC 388-107-0460. Tuberculosis (TB) — Testing — Required

The enhanced services facility must: (1) Develop and implement a system to ensure staff have TB testing upon employment or starting service; and (2) Ensure that staff have an annual risk assessment completed using the Washington state department of health approved criteria.
