WAC 388-107-1330. Changes in licensed bed capacity

To change the licensed bed capacity in an enhanced services facility, the enhanced services facility must: (1) Be sixteen beds or less; (2) Have met the applicable building requirements; (3) Submit a completed request for approval to the department at least one week before the intended change; (4) Submit the prorated fee for additional beds if applicable; and (5) Post an amended license obtained from the department, indicating the new bed capacity.
