WAC 388-112A-0020. What are the purposes of this chapter?

The purposes of this chapter are to describe the following: (1) Training and certification requirements that apply to adult family homes and assisted living facilities on or before January 6, 2012; (2) Training and certification requirements that apply to adult family homes and assisted living facilities on or after January 7, 2012; (3) Training and certification requirements that apply to enhanced services facilities on or after January 1, 2016; and (4) Curricula and instructor requirements.
