WAC 388-14A-8105. Does the cost of care affect how much child support I pay when my child is in foster care?

(1) Child support obligations for children in foster care are set according to chapter 26.19 RCW, without regard to how much the department is expending in foster care funds. (2) The administrative law judge or review judge may not limit the noncustodial parent's support obligation to the amount the department expends each month for foster care.
