WAC 388-61A-1200. What are the requirements for labeling and storing chemicals and toxic materials?

(1) Containers of chemical cleaning agents and other toxic materials must: (a) Be clearly labeled with the contents; and (b) Include the manufacturer's instructions and precautions for use. (2) You must store the following items in a place that is not accessible to children: (a) Chemical cleaning supplies; (b) Toxic substances; (c) Poisons; (d) Aerosols; and (e) Items with warning labels. (3) You must store chemical cleaning supplies, toxic substances, and poisons separately from food items, clothing, and bedding in order to prevent contamination.
