WAC 388-76-10020. License—Ability to provide care and services

The provider must have the: (1) Understanding, ability, emotional stability and physical health necessary to meet the psychosocial, personal, and special care needs of the vulnerable adults under the home's care; and (2) Ability to meet all personal and business financial obligations.
