WAC 388-76-10235. Guardianship

(1) Effective February 1, 2009, the adult family home must ensure that no provider, entity representative, resident manager, or staff becomes any resident's guardian. (2) Provider, entity representative, resident manager or staff who is a resident's guardian before February 1, 2009 may continue to be that resident's guardian.
