WAC 388-76-10370. Negotiated care plan—Persons involved in development

The adult family home must involve the following people in developing the negotiated care plan: (1) The resident, to the greatest extent he or she can participate; (2) The resident's family, if approved by the resident; (3) The resident's representative, if the resident has a representative; (4) Professionals involved in the care of the resident; (5) Other individuals the resident wants included; and (6) The department case manager, if the resident is receiving care and services paid for by the department.
