WAC 388-76-10580. Resident rights—Grievances

The adult family home must: (1) Ensure each resident's right to voice grievances, including those about care and treatment given or not given that has been furnished as well as that which has not been furnished; and (2) Make prompt efforts to resolve grievances the resident may have, including those about the behavior of other residents.
