The adult family home must ensure each resident: (1) Receives reasonable accommodation to meet the needs and preferences of the resident, except when the reasonable accommodation endangers the health or safety of the individual or other residents; and (2) Has the ability to share a double room with his or her spouse or domestic partner when both spouses or domestic partners consent to the arrangement.
