WAC 388-76-10783. Water hazards and bodies of water—Resident safety

The adult family home must protect each resident: (1) From risks associated with water hazards or bodies of water of any depth at the home; and (2) When accompanying or escorting the resident at other locations where there are water hazards or bodies of water of any depth.
